Except for the seven-day unreasonable return policy and the seven-day quality problem, the dealer or retailer will no longer accept the warranty for the end user.

Bear the necessary logistics costs incurred by the warranty (implemented on March 15)

According to the provisions of the new "Consumer Law", OVLENG will bear the necessary logistics costs incurred due to the warranty. The warranty products only include the authentic

licensed goods sold by OVLENG in mainland China. Products that should be sold in other countries and regions (commonly known as "parallel imports"), fake Goods or other illegal channels

The products obtained are not covered by the warranty;

Users contact the OVLENG official customer service hotline to make a warranty appointment. The customer service will specify the logistics and transportation warranty products (only for

heterogeneous warranty); where the user's city has an OVLENG after-sales service station, please send the repair by yourself.

The freight for seven days of unreasonable return shall be borne by the user.
